Airspeed Indicator 8125-B.229
The 8125 Series True Airspeed Indicator is useful on an aircraft to indicate the speed relative to the air at sea level or the desired altitude. It indicates the equivalent speed corresponding to the actual force of the air. The indicator has an inner dial to indicate true airspeed. The altitude and also temperature are the conversion factors in use to obtain this reading with the use of a setting knob. When you properly connect to an airspeed tube, mounted so as to be in the undisturbed air, the airspeed indicator measures the differential pressure developed between the pitot and static opening. It indicates the pressure in units of airspeed mph and/or knots.
This popular 3-inch airspeed indicator is perfect for new installations or as a retrofit for older, outdated indicators. we can also add Specific range markings and dial configurations to correspond with each aircraft.
